Genna and Scott Rundell came in from Chicago for the baby naming of their new son. Rabbi Goodman performed Genna's Bat Mitzvah and her wedding!
Cantor Lavranchuk taught the students how to wear a tallit. The following Friday, the Juniors and Seniors each wore one while conducting a special Service.
A boy reenacted a pose for a special Passover mural.
Mrs. Edelman began the mural by tracing the children in poses while 'crossing the Red Sea'. They were encouraged to pose as if worried the walls of the sea would crash down at any moment.
The artists were briefed about colors, staying in the lines, and respecting each other's work spaces.
Every space was filled.

This year's Seder plate was ready for the holiday. Students were treated to Mock Mac and cheese, Matzo pizza and chocolate covered macaroons.
One of several Bat Mitzvah girls celebrated her Oneg before the big day! She went on to do an incredible job and we look forward to several more Binei Mitzvot this Spring! See everyone soon!
